We are committed to celebrating the beauty of the Pacific while protecting our environment. Our passion for sustainability and respect for the habitat is reflected in every detail:
A water recycling system allows us to irrigate our green areas, preserving the lushness and health of the landscape without wasting a single drop of water—such a precious resource in this region of Mexico.
Eco-sustainable energy, provided by solar panels, powers our air conditioning units, ensuring your comfort in an environmentally friendly way.
An advanced filtration system delivers potable water throughout the property, giving you peace of mind and safety.
To provide hot water, we use solar heaters, aligning with our philosophy of utilizing non-polluting energy sources.
You will find us at the end of Rinconcito Street, on the beach, in the magical town of Mazunte, on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca.

“Highlights;Proximity to beaches -Hippie vibe
Safe parking - Strong wifi - great staff- great outside bar - proximity to all really!
Lowlights ; Room was dark and a bit damp
(Zen2)View was not great for that room - live music very loud for room Zen 2 from across the street - but ended at about 10:30pm”

“Nice place to stay in Mazunte, with very cute private rooms and nice and welcoming staff. The bed was hung and wrapped in a mosquito net just like a little nest that cradled us.
(-) The private rooms are all-open, such that you can easily hear the noise from the bars and the street nearby and during the night a dog came to bark during several minutes at the door and around the room, appearing like he was trying to get in, it was scary. The bathroom was a bit small and wifi signal was almost inexistant. At last, it was impossible to pay in advance on the website, even though we tried different credit cards and browsers, and when we arrived there the only option was to pay in cash, a pity knowing that there are only 3 ATMs in Mazunte and they are often down (it happened 2 days out of 3 when we were there, so take good note to bring enough cash with you!). Also, the restaurant has a bad quality-price ratio.”

“Great location right on the beach and the room we had was great (Babel 13) with an amazing balcony overlooking the beach - overall it is a very solid option. However the service wasn't great from reception and the staff in the bar/restaurant. They play really loud music and drown out the beautiful sounds of the waves crashing against the beach and they charge to refill water bottles.”
